EBO van Weel developed Traffic Fleet for the online management of your traffic fleet. Traffic Fleet enables you to manage your vehicles from your desktop, tablet and smartphone at any time and any place (via 4G and Wi-Fi). The main focus in the development of Traffic Fleet was a user-friendly interface, which enables all sorts of users to interact with Traffic Fleet in a convenient way.
Control of all your traffic systems
Traffic Fleet is a online platform to control temporary and permanent traffic systems. Because of its simplicity all equipment is within your reach. All systems are, if requested, equipped with secured modems and are therefore able to show its live status in Traffic Fleet. Because of the clear and user-friendly interface of Traffic Fleet managing your traffic systems becomes as easy as ABC.
All status information is within reach
It is important to always be able to check the current status of your equipment. At work, at home or on the way. The Traffic Fleet application is designed for desktop, tablet and smartphone. This means that you and your employees are always able to request the most recent overview and status lists of your equipment online. GPS positions, operating hours, battery voltage and maintenance planning are within reach with all your devices.
Track and trace all your traffic systems
In the Traffic Fleet application you can easily track and trace all your traffic systems in an interactive map. You can see the current location at street level of your traffic fleet in an instant. In addition, you can see the important status values like battery voltage, current animation and possible error messages in map view.
Clicking on the detail page will give you more status information of the traffic system. This page displays all the possible measurements and system data one needs to be able to trace or prevent possible errors. In case an error occurs, an e-mail message is automatically sent to the technical staff of your organisation.
Creating and sending animations in a matter of seconds
A unique feature of Traffic Fleet is the online editor, which helps designing animations for traffic systems with LED displays. An animation can be created within seconds with a simple step-by-step plan. The animation is then stored in the organisation’s general sign collection. Traffic Fleet includes an extensive symbol and sign collection by default. Your own images can also be uploaded from your desktop to the application.
Open a temporary rental account
Traffic Fleet is equipped with a rental module to enable you to use your fleet as efficiently as possible. Through this module you can create a temporary online account for your customers, which allows them to control and manage your leased traffic systems. An advantage for both your customer and your organisation.
The rental module can also be used the other way around to temporarily expand your own fleet. This allows you to manage and control systems from other organisations in your own account.
